This auction is for a beautiful 1964 Triumph T100 SS 500cc Motorcycle. The bike has a older restoration but it still looks and rides very nice. The T100 is a rare model in that it is a 500cc single carburetor with down exhaust and folding foot pegs. The bike starts easy (2nd kick) and runs good. The engine was rebuilt with a .20 rebore by the previous owner. It also has electronic ignition (Boyer). I have had the bike for 3 years and just don't ride it much anymore. I have the history of the bike from the previous owner as well as receipts for almost $2000 in work done in the last 2 years. This was done at Classic Cycles in Orange, who specialize in British bikes. There is no center stand or chain guard. The headlight bracket has a crack and the headlight chrome cover is scratched. The mileage is an estimate as I think it needs a new speedometer cable. This bike is a matching numbers bike as can be seen in the pictures. It is registered in California and I have the pink slip. work done, receipts included which total about $2000. I also have a workshop manual for the bike. There was more done than I've listed and the bike is in very good condition. Stator replaced / changed to 12 volt new rear 46 tooth sprocket & chain / re-align rear wheel. new rear brake shoes re-surfaced primary cover + installed new gasket, rebuilt petcock, replaced oil junction block gasket, installed new kicker cover gasket and gear oil new clutch drive plates, primary cover gasket, inner & outer gearbox gaskets This is a nice bike that is still very original.
