Hi and Welcome to the Auction of my 1966 Ford Mustang 289 V8 Rebuilt 289 V8 Motor with new:- Holley 650 4 Barrel Carburetor, Edelbrock Performer intake, Flamethrower Ignition, new-starter/battery/plugs/wires/coil/rotor arm/cap etc... Rebuilt C4 Transmission with overdrive (less than 20k on it) New Tuck away exhaust system with 'H pipe' (sounds great, not too loud) New:- OEM Front and Rear Valances, Fiberglass vented Shelby style hood, Fiberglass Shelby Style Trunk and rear quarters, Side skirts with side exit exhaust holes (not fitted but included) Front end completely rebuilt with new:- Steering Box, Upper and Lower Ball Joints, Tie Rod Ends, Shocks all around, fresh alignment Lowered Suspension (Leaf Blocks at the rear and Shelby drop up front) New Four Core performance radiator, hoses, thermostat and fluid Aftermarket wheels with good summer tires fitted, Brand New studded winter force tires included. Doors shaved and de mirrored (handles and mirrors included). Key fob operated remote door poppers (two fobs included) New Premium CD Player (with usb and audio outlet), Hi output Front and Rear Speakers. Fresh paint, done in my garage with a compressor and spray gun, far from concourse but looks great for a daily driver. This vehicle has been my daily driver/project car for the last 18 months. I drive it from Lakewood to Evergreen, CO (a 40 mile round trip) every day and it has never let me down. I have changed the oil religiously every $3k miles and even replaced the differential fluid, coolant and trans fluid recently. I am a certified Automotive Technician by trade and have replaced all components and completed all necessary maintenance for this mustang to be a daily driver for many years to come. I honestly would drive this car anywhere. The motor pulls strong and transmission shifts smoothly. It puts smiles on faces everywhere I take it and almost always sparks a conversation at the gas station. I have been through all the electrics so everything works and the heater blows nice and hot. This is a factory AC car, all the components are present except the compressor, which was removed by the previous owner. The only reason I am selling this car is because I am emigrating to England within the next few weeks. So please do not bid if you cannot buy and collect within a couple of days of the auction ending. Also I am not interested in any trades for the same reason.
