This auction is for a 1998 Volkswagen New Beetle. This vehicle has been wrecked and would be a good parts car or rebuild. Since we only had liability insurance, it has not been officially totaled, therefore, it still has a clean title and could be rebuilt without having to declare a salvage title. This car was in good running condition up until the accident. Within 60 days prior to the accident we had new rear brakes, rear springs, and lower ball joints on both sides of front along with a replacement trans-axel. There is severe damage to the front end and appears to have damaged parts on the motor. I can see the intake manifold is broken. I have not looked any further since I have no plans to repair this car. Both airbags have been deployed. Tires all still hold air. We are not the original owners of this vehicle. I purchased this vehicle in the fall of 2011. The history prior to this date I have no knowledge of.
