Listed here is my 1966 Ford Mustang 289 V8 with a 3 speed manual transmission. Don't buy a classic muscle car with an Automatic Tranny!! Motor/Tranny: The motor and transmission are in perfect running condition. Good enough to be a daily driver. These 3 speed 289's are a rare find. New voltage regulator, new solenoid. Alternator and battery are good. Power steering. Edelbrock performer intake manifold. Newer radiator (2012). The tranny shifts smooth in all gears. Electric start and electric choke...very nice Interior: The interior is all completely redone. New upholstery on both front bucket seats and on the rear seat. New carpet, headliner, glove box, and door panels as well. The dash was not replaced in this interior restoration. It is cracked and could use replacement. It comes with a wood grain steering wheel as well. The instrument cluster is also new and all gauges except fuel work. Sound: The car is equipped with a beefy sound system as well. I didn't do this part so I do not know specifics but it seems like a pricey system that sounds really good. Added in new speakers in kick panels as well as the rear speakers. The radio has Bluetooth and USB. I listen to Pandora via Bluetooth from my phone. Also has a speaker for hands free talking through the radio. Tires/Wheels: Has BFGoodrich Radial 255/60/15 in rear and 235/60/14 in front. Newer tires with lots of tread. Aftermarket wheels as well. The front driver side tire rubs slightly. Replacing it with 235/50/14 should do the trick. Very nice and expensive wheel/tire package. Exterior: Windows are tinted. Front windshield has a crack and needs replaced. Other windows are all in great condition and roll down as they should. Billet rear view mirrors. The molding and weather stripping are in good condition and molding shines bright. Paint is mediocre-good. Gave it a nice wax and it looks really good. The previous owner had racing stripes he put on with stickers and you can still see it even though I removed the stickers. I feel like a bit of time and a few more waxes should take care of this. It doesn't look bad at all, just want to be straight forward. The body is dead straight with no rust seen. This Pony was born in San Jose and has been in So Cal for as long as the documentation shows. Other Stuff: I ordered a new antenna, shifter knob, and steering wheel cap from CJ Pony Parts on Monday. I will have all this in the car by early next week (first week in March). The car was originally Wimbledon White and is now red. Could use new paint and you can always take it back to original. Has LED headlights. Brake lights work. No lien, clean title, registered until August 2014. The model information is: 65A M 27 25C 71 6 1 and VIN is 6R07C178155.
