1960 Chevrolet Impala 2 Dr. Hardtop Sport Coupe Bubbletop Street Rod Rat Rod Project. NOTE: Please read the ad in full before asking any questions! Drivetrain (engine transmission radiator) NOT included. Chevy Impala 2 Door Sport Coupe "Bubbletop". Street rod project, VIN 01837A159016. New quarters, outer rockers, trunk pans (4 piece), rear seat pans (2 piece), one piece floor pan, floor and seat brackets. New custom front lamp, ignition harness wired for HEI and internal reg. alternator. Front disc brake conversion kit with dual master cylinder using '74 Pontiac Trans Am, other mid size GM brake parts. Hard work is done. 75,023 miles on vehicle resurrected from farm field. Originally a turquoise and white 348 cu. in. w/pg. Needs interior redone including seats, headliner, door panels, carpet, door gaskets, front and side glass, rear mechanicals & intermediate/rear lamp harness/wiring, some braces and seams welded, misc. Rolling chassis only includes front loader 3.36-1 differential/ 2 pc. driveshaft with replacement carrier bearing, factory PG crossmember. Front Rallys pictured are not included, car will have rollers. Street rod/custom project car. Good used non tinted rear glass included. Front, rear, side window stainless included. Flat glass windows (including frames) included but they are delaminated and need replaced. Interior headliner trim/garnish included. Front bumper included needing rechromed and center (license plate) trim plate. Door top rails are rebuildable, 1/4 window top rails are not but included with car. Used factory 605 steering box included. Steering column currently installed is late '60s Camaro column shift mated to a Saginaw 800 box but needs dialed in or switch it out for the factory unit. New parts: front & rear window gaskets; set of door 1/4 window boards; new fuel tank sending unit, other parts purchased over the years packed away. Not included: we do not have the front turn signal assemblies or the valance panels they are installed in. We do not have the upper or lower side stainless, side aluminum trim or the rear taillamp aluminum garnish/trim. We do not have the trim rings for the headlamps. On Mar-19-14 at 07:13:35 PDT, seller added the following information: Car has factory radio delete plate installed, engineered adjustable panhard bar constructed from used materials (you could retire if you make it to the patent office first?). Has brake metering proportioning valve installed but needs rear brake lines plumbed and shoes, hardware, etc. Differential needs new o-rings on the bearings and gaskets. Small block downpipes included but battery, fan shroud, gauges, shifter pictured are part of drivetrain and not included. Any bids from interested parties with no feedback will be cancelled.
