For sale is my beloved 93 FD RX7.. I have modded the hell out of it and love it to death. I am looking for someone to take good care of it as well as enjoy it as much as I have and still do. -That being said, this car will change your life forever, it's an attention getter from people of all ages and is an icon in the sports car world. This thing is amazing to drive and ride in and will get your blood pumping every time you sit in it. You have no choice but to grin ear to ear the entire time you're in it to the point it hurts. I will miss this beauty, but like all good things it comes to an end. Whoever buys it, take care if it. There's not a whole lot left.. Own your own JDM legend. But- well, the time has come to sell my dear car. We need to re-roof our house, and our garage is starting to sink in.. (Another reason to sell the car, seeing as that's where it sits) Here's a list of mods to go beat STIs and EVOs with: New engine with better Apexi 3mm seals around 50k miles JDM trans with low mileage (exact unknown) and 116k on body Greddy TD07 single turbo, HKS ignition amplifier, Apexi Power FC with commander, Rx7 store extreme fuel system, Rx7 store block off plates, Aeromotive FPR, HKS Super Sequencial BOV, HKS jumbo wastegate, Vacuum is very simplified, full 3" custom cat-less exhaust with megan racing muffler, V mount intercooler set-up, Fluidyne radiator, dual Mocal 19 row oil coolers with CF ducts, AEM W/M kit, (not yet installed) Greddy elbow, (not yet installed) R1 strut bar, R1 lip, Aem wideband with digital gauge, blacked out JDM gauges, with accurate tach, sony bluetooth stereo, polk speakers, commander holder, optima red top relocated to trunk, Antenna, wiper, sprayer and emblems shaved, kouki spoiler, HotWaterLabs custom sleak headlights with 8000k HIDs, Fenders rolled, 18" staggered stern wheels wrapped in 6 month old falken fk 452s, also have some slicks sitting around from an older project I will throw in, Bilstein shocks with adjustable perches, H&R lowering springs. ACT XTSS stg4 clutch kit and ProLite Flywheel installed, B&M short shift, Redline Transmission oil and ATE brake fluid, stoptech D&S rotors, Hawk HPS pads, good ridge SS lines, Räzo weighted shift knob, custom cage, custom rear strut tie bar, bride VIOS III seats, custom made brackets and low max rails, 4pt harnesses, sparco D ring suede steering wheel w/nrg quick release. It has poly bushings up front (I even have extras I will include) New wheel bearings, The calipers are all rebuilt/remanufactured and painted black with the embossed "Mazda" parts sanded as to stand out. (Look great IMO, nice touch withe the rotors and wheel combo) I know there's more that I can't remember off the top of my head. I will add later. I had the typical 5th gear grind, it progressively got worse. Then it lost reverse. **I replaced it with a low mileage JDM trans as well as an upgraded clutch fork and a rear main seal just as precautionary measures.** The bad: some of the plastic interior pieces are loose from the cage install, I lost some of the push tabs. A few pieces are missing as well from prior owner.. Nothing serious, nothing terrible just stating for informative purposes. The speakers aren't in the car, can't sneak them past the cage lol gonna have to get a thinner 6x9 but will include them anyway. There are a few tiny paint chips and small scratches. I would give it at least an 8.9/10 though. There is a new vacuum leak I haven't hunted down. The underside of the hood was "tagged" by a local artist that would need painted over if you didn't like it. I bought about $200 worth of stickers as I was planning on powder coating the piping and "sticker bombing" the engine bay I will include with the sale as well. I will also include all the stock parts I still have. I have put roughly $10k of modifications (not repairs!!) in the car just in the past year so I'm losing my ass on it but it is what it is.. We all know how it goes. I did drive the car 2/21/14 and it drives hard and strong. It is always stored indoors and never sees snow or rain and honestly never gets driven hardly ever. I truly love the car and don't want to see it go, but could use the money and get some of my credit freed up for home improvement loans. (Credit union has the title as I still owe just over $5k on it) it won best of show at a local car show. I also have pics of the cage build if you'd like them. (As well as many others) The cage is proper with the plates welded, and is 1.675 tubing .120 wall, welded by a certified welder/fabricator. I can give you his info if you'd like as well. I have dealt with shipping vehicles before and I would be willing to aid in anyway possible at buyers expense.
