"NO RESERVE - LAST BIDDER GETS IT" STUNNING WHITE ON WHITE 1994 CORVETTE CONVERTIBLE JUST IN TIME FOR SPRING AND SUMMER FUN Up for grabs from me this week is a friends 94 Corvette that in my opinion is one of the nicest C-4 Corvettes around. I have driven and inspected this beautiful car and if I could swing it would but it my self for the wife, it has been that well taken care of. My friend purchased the C-4 in California a couple of years ago to complete his collection of Corvettes. He has since found another one to take its place so this one gets a new home and loving owner. DRIVETRAIN: The car runs, shifts, drives, and stops like a car that has been well taken care of with no shakes , shimmies or noises. The 5.7 factory installed V8 engine and 700r4 transmission sound great with recent service preformed on both within last 500 miles using mobil1 synthetic oil and trans fluids. The engine and engine bay is one of the cleanest I have seen on any vehicle and shows no signs of tampering or anything short of dealer service. The front end is tight and shows little signs of wear to suspension and was inspected 3/09/14 by local shop and passed with flying colors. The car stops very well with no pull or pulsing due to the rotors being turned and new pads installed on all 4 corners also done in last 500 miles. The tires are Kumho Z rated with less than 500 miles that run on the factory aluminum wheels that look great other than some of the clear coat coming off of the drivers front. INTERIOR: The interior of the car is where it really shows how much the previous owners loved this car with wear and tear very minimal. The worse being some wear to the factory floor mats that can be replaced for minimal cost. There are no tears or cracks in the seats, carpet, or trim not even in the normal wear areas at the bolsters. The dash and two tone door panels look great and show no signs of fading or abuse. The top is easy to put down and looks beautiful, no holes, tears or rips and still sports the factory glass window. Everything and I mean everything works on this car just the way it did when it left the factory to include AC/heat, power windows, power brakes, AM/FM cassette, rear window defroster and all the gauges. The headlights roll on and off flawlessly. The only area that could need attention in the near future is the window seal on the passenger side is showing some cracking and wear, all other door and top seals look great. EXTERIOR: The exterior was given just as much care as the interior and shines like new with one pencil lead size stone chip just right of the passenger headlight and some scuffing under the bumper cover on the drivers side. There is absolutely no spider cracking or distortation of the nose or tail and still carries its factory paint. The underside of the vette is clean and shows no signs of rust or fluid leaks. The exhaust is like new and sounds strong with a mellow tone. Overall this is one of the finest C-4s I have had the pleasure to come in contact with and feel confident that the new owner will agree. I have provided the maximum amount of pictures and have more if needed. I included pictures of the underneath of the corvette to show how little wear and tear the car truly has. Since my friend has owned the car it has been stored in a climate controlled facility at his home and only enjoyed locally on sunny days and never in the rain. Only 116 Corvettes were built in Copper Metallic. The reason why so few Copper Metallic Corvettes where built was because the Bowling Green Assembly Plant couldn't get the pigment to match (the bumpers and body panels of the C4 back then were not painted at the same time because the bumpers required a special additive to make the paint on them more flexible), and there was also a problem with the metallic flake in the paint. · ZR-1s received new 5 spoke wheels. · Air conditioning systems were revised to use R-134A refrigerant. · Convertible rear windows were now glass instead of plastic. · Recommended tire pressures were decreased from 35psi to 30psi (except for ZR-1s). RPO FX3 spring rates were lowered to improve ride quality. · For 1994, all Corvettes came equipped with leather seats. Cloth seats were no longer an option. · Interior refinements included a new redesigned two spoke steering wheel, passenger-side air bag and knee bolster, new seat and door trim, express-down driver's side power window, new white white instrument graphics which turned to a tangerine color at night. The tire jack was relocated to a compartment behing the passenger seat. · Base LT1 engine refinements included: new sequential port fuel injection system which improved response, idle quality, driveability and emissions by firing injectors in sequence with the engine's firing order.
