I am selling my 1955 Chevy 2 dr hardtop project. It is mostly complete except it does not have a motor or transmission. The car has been totally disassembled and ready to start working on. As the old story goes I need cash more than I need the car. (I actually need a good 3/4 ton or one ton truck so I'm selling this in order to buy one). The floors have been patched, BOTH of the quarters were previously (purposely) dinged in all over with a hammer and a skim coat of filler was put in so the quarters need attention, more than likely both quarters need to be replaced (unless you're a really good body man). From what I recall before I packed everything away it has most of the stainless. I think it's missing a fender spear and maybe a couple other smaller pieces I may not have noticed. I have the used side glass and used front and rear glass that came out of it. It has been packed up since I brought the car home but it was all good when I wrapped it up. It has two solid fenders (they look like they had the eyebrows repaired), It has a decent hood, and 3 doors (2 of one side and 1 side of the other side I'm not sure which). NO MOTOR OR TRANNY. Someone repaired the driver side bottom hinge with a steel plate. It would work but I was going to patch it correctly. Like I said it is mostly complete and I do have a clear Oklahoma title still in the previous owners name. PLEASE ASK ALL QUESTIONS PRIOR TO BIDDING OR MAKING AN OFFER! Buyer responsible for all shipping. $500 deposit due through paypal within 48 hours and full payment by cash or cashiers check due within 7 days of auction close unless other arrangements are made prior to winning the auction. The car needs to be picked up within 30 days or arrangements need to at least be made. I'll be in Dallas Friday 28th - March 3rd so it will need to be picked up before or after this weekend. I could also bring it to Dallas for the right deal...ASK FIRST PLEASE. I am wanting to sell so I can buy a good used 3/4 ton or 1 ton truck. It does not run so bring a trailer!
