I have owned this car for about 8 years. It is not numbers matching. It is a 1967 SS Chevelle 138 Vin, 396 big block, with a Muncie 4 speed and a 12 bolt 373 posi rearend. It has power disc brakes and power steering. The car runs and drives excellent. The paint is driver quality with small bubbles starting in front of the rear wheels. The following have been rebuilt and or replaced less than 1000 miles ago: Flowmaster dual exhaust, 12in clutch, all new brakes from the booster out to the wheels, all new steering components, and all new front suspension. The engine has less than 1000 miles on it since professional overhaul. Bored, decked, line bored, forged pistons, reconditioned stock crank and rods, reconditioned cast iron oval port heads, new valves, springs, and hardened seats installed, solid lifter Competition cam, roller rockers, Edelbrock intake and Holley 4bbl. The interior is in excellent condition and has vinyl buckets with console, blinker tach and a clock that actually works. The speedometer is new because the needle broke off the old one. The old speedo read 87K. The floorboards are solid, the trunk pan has evidence of patchwork. The rear sail panel has small bubbles forming under the paint, but from inside the trunk it looks solid.
