The stated auction terms must be observed to maintain this guarantee. This is a beautiful looking 2004 Jaguar X-Type AWD 3.0L with 46,271 miles. In addition to all of the standard equipment, this car is equipped with the premium package, power sunroof, heated seats, memory seat, side airbags and side airbag curtains. All of the power equipment and everything in this Jaguar is working properly. This Jaguar runs and drives beautifully, and there aren’t any service indicator or warning lights on. We performed a safety inspection, as well as a maintenance service and road test on this vehicle in preparation for sale. The 3.0L engine runs very strong and smoothly, and the transmission shifts perfectly. The owner recently installed a complete set of tires, which are still showing most of their tread, and all of the brake pads are in excellent condition. The suspension and steering feel nice and tight. This Jaguar has a beautiful looking exterior. The White finish has maintained excellent gloss and brilliance over the entire body. There are only some minor flaws, and what looks like some water stains on the tops. There isn’t any body rust, and the undercarriage is clean, dry and in excellent condition. The interior has been very well maintained and is crisp and clean with only minor wear on the edge of the driver seat. All of the leather seats are soft, supple and in excellent condition. The carpeting is clean and in excellent condition throughout this car. There aren’t any stains, holes or damage on any of the seats or carpeting. All of the trim panels are intact, tight and in terrific condition. This was a non-smoker owned vehicle, and there aren’t any smoke odors inside this vehicle. The vehicle history report is clean and the title is clean and clear without any liens or encumbrances. We have a clear title in hand. Temporary Transit Tags are available through the state of PA for $50, which will provide valid registration for a period of 30 days. In order to obtain this tag, please provide proof of insurance for any vehicle that you presently own. Otherwise, the title will be sent to you after your payments have cleared our bank. Occasionally, a title is still being processed by the state and we will issue free temporary registration until the title is received. All vehicles we sell on eBay are stored in a separate secured facility and we require that all vehicles be picked up within ten days of auction completion. Storage charges after ten days will be charged at $15/day for cars, and more for trucks and larger vehicles depending on size.
