This car is not running at the present because it needs to have the ignition setup. It is however, installed. This car has had high performance modifications. They include: A custom made aluminum water pump pulley (thats even mounted on with aluminum nuts), Brand new crate motor with less than 10k miles. Has been modified by Wayne Moen, professional engine builder. The head has been ported and had a 5 angle valve job. Has a crank scraper and windage tray. Calmini head pipe and custom made stainless exhaust all the way back. The fuel injection has been removed in favor of four 44mm lectron carburetors with a custom made K&N Air Cleaner System. There are no chokes but they are available for the U.S. Made Lectron carburetors. To deal with the excess fuel pressure, I had an after market pressure regulator installed to reduce the pressure down to 4 pounds. Custom made ignition includes a crank trigger made by MSD, a MSD 6 ignition, and MSD high performance coil and custom made distributor and wires. Includes complete instructions for the crank trigger, an MSD ignition, with wiring setups and parts numbers from MSD including phone numbers for MSD. This also includes instructions for the MSD start and step Retard control. Power steering was removed and replaced with a manual steering from an old Samurai for a quicker steering ratio. Has a custom made aluminum flywheel made by SRDevelopment.com. There are more engine modifications than I can actually remember. These are real race application/modifications……not what you will find on civics. Chassi modifications include: Weight reduction of 300 lbs. It has a custom made aluminum battery holding box and the battery has been moved to the rear passenger side and a main battery emergency disconnect switch has been attached to the battery box immediately within the driver's reach. Interior stripped (still has original dash, door panels and seats). The rear differential has a Richmond Gears automatic locking differential. Ultra Lightweight 17" x 7" wide wheels with Aluminum lug nuts. Drilled and Slotted front rotors. If I were to keep this car, I would first fix the ignition, then the driver's side floorboard only, and install chokes. After that, I believe it would be a safe and dependable vehicle for the street. $300 non-refundable deposit is due within 48 hours of auction close.
