I have a 1972 BMW 3.0cs shell for parts. If you are restoring a coupe with rust issues this may be just what you need. The body from the A pillars back is solid; the floor pans have been replaced. This is a sunroof car, with a manual sunroof. The front and rear door posts are solid. The rear wheel arches and shock mounts are solid. The spare tire well and fuel tank bulkhead is in very good condition. The rear taillight panel, both inside and out is solid. Both front doors and the truck lid are in very good condition. The hood has a couple of dimples that are repairable but otherwise is rust free. There are parts of the nose that are useable but the front upper strut mounts and fenders are of no use. I have seen cars in worse condition restored but I would recommend this body for parts. As I said this is a rolling chassis, the interior and drivetrain has been removed. This is a power steering car, the steering box and steering linkage is in place. This is also a 4-wheel disc brake car, all hydraulics have been removed. I have other coupe parts available; contact me with your needs, but no nut’s and aka $1.00 parts. I have described this vehicle honestly and fully, it is sold as is no return.
