I'm the second owner of this very clean Cadillac Escalade EXT, I purchased it as a lease return and then purchased an extended warranty through the local Cadillac Dealership that just recently expired, (please feel free to take the vin of the truck and verify that information with the local Cadillac Dealer, I have no problem with that), so the maintenance and repairs have always been impeccable and primarily done at the dealership. Buying a used vehicle can be risky but not this one, everything works, and has been serviced along the way being treated to anything it needed. If you're looking for a seventy thousand mile vehicle you'll be thrilled with the condition of my truck, if you're looking for a new vehicle then please look at new vehicles, this isn't one. Instead of just saying "excellent condition" or "super nice" I'm going to go over the flaws in the truck. This is a truck, not my wife and the last thing I'm going to do is lose sleep over someone being unhappy about buying my truck.... So here it is. When it rains really hard there is a slight leak in the sunroof, I keep meaning to bring it in as it will be something very easy to fix it just hasn't risen to a high priority yet. The dash had two small cracks in it that were repaired, (see picture), the photo makes it look worse than it is but I'm glad you'll know what to expect. The passenger side front wheel has a scar in it, it doesn't affect anything and it's pretty small but it's there. There are some rock chips in the hood and some small scratches here and there, and of course there are some scratches on the top portion of the tailgate where you will drag things out. The only thing it's ever towed are my two jet ski's 12 miles each way to the lake, so I've never overworked it and it's primary use has been to drive me to and from work. I do have kids but they've rarely even been in my truck as our primary family vehicle is an Escalade ESV and is much more comfortable for our family. I spent several hundred dollars on Husky Liners and that's allowed the original floormats and carpeting to stay in exceptional condition however, the Husky liners do not go with the truck as I will be using them in my new truck. The leather interior has been well cared for and is in excellent condition with minimal wear, the tires are about 60% to 70% tread, all the maintenance is up to date, you basically need to drive the truck, that's it. Fly in and drive it home wherever you live, this truck is ready for you and ready to go. Sold as is where is, $500 deposit due in 36 hours of auction ending and balance due in 7 days or upon pick up whichever comes first.
