Up for auction is one of my favorite bikes in my small collection. It is a 1957 Simplex Automatic. The engine has just been professionally fully rebuilt by one of the top Simplex/Cushman techs in the country. The engine rebuild included a new crank & piston, carb & air cleaner. Other new parts include: Correct handle bars & throttle and clutch shoes. Included, but not shown in the picture are (2) NOS gas caps and new flywheel cover. The bike needs to have the headlight and tail light wired as well as the "kill" switch. Simplexes are becoming very difficult to find in this complete/running condition.
