Hello! Due to an upcoming move I am forced to make some room, so I'm selling my 1971 short wheelbase C10. It's got a 283ci V8 with a mild cam, aluminum intake, and an Edlebrock 600 cfm carb. It runs great and doesn't smoke or anything. As you probably already know, the 71' models have front disc brakes and is a 5-lug. It has a 3 speed manual transmission that was said to have been rebuilt awhile back. I can't guarantee that since I never got any receipts on it, I just had to take the past owners word on it. It does go into reverse and up and downshifts perfectly though with no grinding or anything. The front end has 2.5in Bell-Tech drop spindles and all BRAND NEW rotors, brake pads, bearings, calipers, and brake lines I just put on 2 weeks ago. It stops on a dime! All the lights work except for 2 of the side lights are missing the bulb housings on the inner fenders. The interior is pretty nice with new carpet and re-upholstered seat. The speedometer and fuel gauge work. Overall solid truck. The bed is in awesome shape, even the floor has no rust holes. The front fenders are solid, the drivers one looks to have some light filler in it to fix a dent below the light. The cab is in good shape as well. Passenger cab corner is starting to show rust. The floor has 2 or 3 small holes, nothing major. The worst spot is the bottom of the drivers door, it's weird because the bottom of the passenger door is solid (it's usually the opposite!). I've driven it all over the place lately and it hasn't given me any problems (knock on wood, haha). Clear Arkansas title in my name. Any questions don't hesitate! Jesse @ 309-255-4159. Needs; Radiator shroud Exhaust gasket between the manifold and exhaust pipe is leaky I have a brand new rear bumper however I don't have the brackets to install them The aftermarket gauges you see on the bottom of the dash only have the temperature gauge hooked up. The radio doesn't work, I've never messed with it to see why.
