This Bel Air is a time capsule. Everything in the car works and it's the kind of car that spent it's life being loved. There is no rust, everything has been perfectly maintained over the years and the car was always parked in a garage. The paint is the only weak point, it's older but still shines nicely. The interior is excellent, the radio works and the clock works, and the wipers work... well they are vacuum and they work best when your foot is off the gas. Original is what this car is about. If your interested in something that really shows what American cars were made of this is the car for you. I purchased the car in Hershey, PA about 8 years ago and drove it to CA. When you are contemplating doing a cross country drive in a car you just bought you prepare for it by buying as many parts as you can that might go out. Being that we were in Hershey for the huge swap meet that was really easy. I purchased all sorts of spare parts and they come with the car... but they were never needed for the 3000 mile drive. The car runs like a top and made it all the way home without a problem. Of course getting a 6 cylinder Chevy fixed anywhere in America is a pretty simple thing to do. This car brings back memories of growing up. The rear seat has enough leg room for the tallest person you could find. Back in the day we didn't have seat belts and our cars would be filled with kids, jumping and laughing and just having fun. This car brings back those memories for anyone who grew up as I did.
