Vehicle Detail

The car is a 1965 chevelle wagon with upgrades such as; gold paint with a nice clear coat (5 years ago),interior including head liner, carpet, seats were covered in a gold and black vinal (5 years ago),..engine was a 283 converted to a 350 out of a 1980 chevy. headers, engine bay was painted, edelbrock performer intake, edelbrock carberator, new heater core and hoses.. aluminum radiator.. the car has power steering...transmission is a 350 turbo with mild shift kit and a b&m shifter.the shifter is cable type so only a little hole has been drilled for the cable so you can convert it back to on the colum..the car has flowmasters with new exhaust all the way back..10 bolt posi traction rearend with traction bars...era correct rims that were powder coated with era correct Malibu hub caps..tires are good year tires with a lot of life left...back seat lies down flat to fit a twin matress back there perfectly...this is a very sweet wagon done the way wagons should be done. the car looks orig. but has some seriose get up and go. If you want a sleeper that can still haul the kids and wife around this is the car for you, don't see to many around.. Things that could be improved are painting of things in the cabin and on the dash. and if your into perfection than repaint the whole car. the dash is complete and un cut. little dent that needs attention on the passenger rocker can be seen in pic. all and all not to noticeable. needs seat belts installed in the front,.. wipers are activated through a toggle switch..Please if you have any questions about this car ask before bidding...I was told when I bought it over five years ago that I was the third owner. Car was completely strait except for the grill which I replaced with a perfect grill and new emblem..there is no patch work or bondo filler in this car.i bought the car and had never been painted before so I know how striat it was. I paid good money for the paint 5 years ago. floor boards were in great shape when interior was installed. When I purchased the car it had never been painted before it was super strait..It isn't perfect but it is still a buetiful wagon thanks for looking..Things that need attention are a little bubbling around the rear wheel wells and needs rear window seals,if you live were it doesnt rain then don't worry about it. The engine is out of a chevy van 4 bolt main that ran o.k. I never had enough money to switch it back to a 283. This is a old car and will not tell you how far you can drive it, it is a old car. For those that have had old cars know you should have it trailered. I am offering this at a no reserve auction. I have a video that I will go make after posting of a walk around and the car starting and all body lines. I don't drive this car anymore and it deservrs a new home. Those that have ever built a car like this know how much has gone into building this one. IT HAS A CLEAR TITLE.
