HELLO! I bought this cool old 74' Super Beetle about a month ago, but I now am facing a move (military) so I need to get rid of my excess "baggage". It's a fun great running little car with 114,900 miles and a manual transmission. It's a super solid with no rust and only one spot on the body that needs a little repair on the back drivers fender (a car backed into it and dented the fender a bit, we pulled out the dent but it still needs finishing touches). All the lights/blinkers and horn work as well as the gauges and stereo. Nice tires with lots of tread left, a new carburetor, spark plugs, wires, air cleaner, and complete new ($400) aftermarket ignition system. The bad; it gets a shake at about 40 mph and I have been told it needs new tie-rod ends. I bought new ones but have not installed them yet. It starts a little hard when it's cold, it appears the electric choke on the new carburetor doesn't seem to work right. It has an oil leak, but I'm pretty sure it's just the oil drain gasket. Comes with a "stinger" exhaust system as well as some other misc extra parts/repair manuals. I think that sums everything up, any questions don't hesitate.
