For sale is my 1998 Jetta. I just waxed and vacuumed the car. Please see pictures. It is in decent condition on the exterior (missing 2 hub caps and has various scratches and scuffs), and has a complete interior (with stains on the carpet). It only has 130k on it, and starts right up. It does need transmission fluid added (unfortunately I do not have the tools to complete such a job on a car like this) and some exhaust work (it is pretty loud). You can drive this car home, but I would recommend getting the transmission fluid before using it as a daily driver. It does not shift quickly, which I was told is indication of low fluid. You must come inspect it in person beforehand to ensure mutual satisfaction. Edit: We had someone come and top off the transmission fluid and it now shifts more smoothly. It seems to be running a little rough, assumed from sitting the last few months. I let the car run for about an hour today in the driveway which has had a positive impact on it, so I am guessing it will need some fresh gas and a general tune up.
