FRESH OUT OF STORAGE 1948 DODGE 1 1/2 TON TRUCK Found this truck tucked away in a barn in Western Minnesota. Formerly a farm grain truck with a 12 foot dump box. Truck has a PTO for the dump and nothing seems stuck. This Dodge has had only two owners before being put away in the barn. It has 24,197 original miles and NO RUST! We never tried to start the motor but we're sure it will run with fresh gas, battery and plugs. Engine and transmission are not stuck and move easily. Even the original wood on the box is in good shape. The tires are good, hold air and no weather checking. All the windows are broken. Some kids tossed rocks at it and you know the rest. Everything else is solid, rust-free and a very easy restoration. This would be a great show truck, camper hauler or just about anything you want. You won't find a better one to start with.
