1976 Dodge Aspen 2dr. Less than 74,000 original miles. I believe that I am the 3rd. owner since new! Sold new in Cody, Wyoming by Barneys Auto Sales. Spent all of its life in Meeteetse, Wyoming (home of the black footed feret!) and sold to a friend of mine by the family that bought it new....he sold it to me. Has 318 V8, automatic transmission, power disk brakes, power steering, and factory ralley wheels. Had an am radio (now has aftermarket am/fm/cd). So, it was just your basic Aspen that had the half vinyl top. The guy that I got it from installed Edelbrock aluminum intake and carb and a goofy air cleaner. He also removed the catalytic converter and installed a piece of pipe, so it has a slight exhaust leak. Choke on carb isn't hooked up. Car runs and drives fine...keep in mind that this car is 37 years old and hasn't been driven much the last few years. It drives good....not as good as a new car, but probably as good as any 76 Dodge Aspen. Brakes seem good. Car is roadworthy, and should be able to be driven home. Car has original paint that will polish up nicely...not show quality, but would be great for a driver. Has scrape in right quarter panel and left fender was damaged and repaired poorly. I am including a very nice original left fender in case you might want to change it. Vinyl top is starting to crack and shrink, but still doesn't look bad. Only rust that I noticed was lower rear section of right front fender. Keep in mind that this has always been a dry climate,Wyoming car. NO salt on roads, so no rot. Interior has nice door panels and headliner. Seats are original and have only minor flaws. No tears...just a couple of burn marks. Dash pad is cracked in a few places. Has had right shoulder harnessed replaced and it is red in color, but it works. If you have any questions, feel free to ask BEFORE bidding. Car has a clear, Wyoming title. You should be able to drive it home, but car has NO WARRANTY EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.
