1948 Other Makes S7

It's fall in Northern Wisconsin I was recently moving around some of my motorcycle projects in anticipation for the winter motorcycle season. Deciding which one gets rolled into the shop for as a winter project. The Sunbeam's will be a bit of a project and at the present I do not have the time to devote to the restoration. Reluctantly I offer them up for a possible sale. If they don't sell before winter I will just pack them away for a time when I do have the time to devote to the restoration. As can be seen in the pictures these are barn fresh. I have had them about 1 year. I DO NOT have and paperwork or ttitles for these. I can provide a bill of sale upon receiving payment. S7- I believe this bike to be a 1948 model based on the frame and engine number. FRAME - S7-1160 ENGINE - S7-1160 The engine appears to be seized and I have not taken any actions to free it yet. It is missing the front fender, seat, speedometer, and other smaller items. The components that are on the bike are in good restorable shape. Please take a look at all the pictures to get a good idea as to the general condition. S8- I believe this bike to be a 1949 model based on the frame number. I am not sure the engine is original to the bike. FRAME - S8-101 ENGINE - S8-10011 S8-101 appears to be the first S8 in the numbering series. This engine turns over freely. The bike is missing many parts. The main ones being the transmission, rear fender, and seat. There are also replica parts being made for some of the harder to find items. All the pictures are also available in a much higher resolution that I would be able to send via email.
