This bug runs incredibly well for being a 39 year old car. Weather permitting, I drive the car once a week from my house to my office without a problem. The good: The engine runs really well, and is maintained by The Old Volks Home, Richmond, VQA. All headlights, running lights, dash lights, turn signals, radio, windshield wipers work. Has a new battery purchased last year. Fresh oil change three months ago. The paint job, new 8 years ago, looks great. It has a full size spare tire in the front trunk with almost new tread on it. The bad: Needs a new vinyl top. The previous owners replaced this top twelve years ago and it is starting to show it's age. The convertible top frame is in good shape, just needs to be sanded, lubed, and re-aligned. It needs a drivers side mirror. It needs a new antenna. It does have some rust on the bottom, and sideboards. It needs new hinges for the driver side sun visor. Due to the age, I am selling this car as-is me only.
