Here is a Honda C70 Passport from 1982, the first year in the US for the 12v electrics, makes the bike more reliable, this is an original Oregon motorcycle with a title from the owner since 1987(he bought from relative), has a new spark plug and crankcase oil and replaced fuel, we tried to charge the battery but it is too old and will need to be replaced, however, we did get the bike to start quite easily on about the second kick, now with choke it will start on the first kick! It has nearly new tires still have the nubbies! It appears to have a shinier front hub than rear making me suspect its been replaced, but the moto rides right down the road, it also seems to have had an amateur job replacing the clutch discs, as second to third doesn't catch unless you're at just the right RPMs. And last, the ignition is finicky, you have to balance the key half way between on and off to get the Neutral light, however on the good side all 3 keys match on the entire bike. Other than that, it could use a new seat cover($35) and a headlight or(I'd suggest) the headlight conversion kit available now. The Honda C70 is the most produced motorized vehicle of all time, so parts and tech help are usually cheap and free(you can download the entire service manual free on the yahoo group), this moto appears complete except the exhaust heat shield, fires up and runs just fine except for the above mentioned issues, brakes, taillights, starter, turn signals all work just fine. That being said, it is sold "as is where is" with the buyer responsible for any and all shipping and handling logistics. This is a NO reserve auction with my starting price below what the bike is worth in parts alone, not to mention a running engine and most all parts present.
