1994 Ford F350 Turbo Diesel 7.3 , 1 ton dually pick up truck 2WD VIN 1FTJW35K7REA03279 .. The winner would find this truck a very good purchase. I bought it almost 4 years ago and never had any reason to complain. Like all Ford trucks it is sturdy and reliable. It starts and runs like a new one. If the vehicle being old or the exterior being with expected wear and tear and some, not function bothering , damages on the body doesn’t bother you , technically you would have no reason to look for a new one and pay over 50 Thousand dollars. Reason to sell: I have a rather large pontoon houseboat I needed the truck to tow it. Now I am selling the houseboat (also will be on the eBay ) and do not need the truck any longer. TECHNICAL : I am no mechanic and not even inclined into mechanical tendencies or knowledge that goes with it. From the point view of a simple consumer, this truck was a bliss with its power and low maintenance cost.. I had to get the transmission rebuilt about 5 months ago with a full torque converter replacement and the solenoid and also all the O rings of the fuel injection system. All should make the major functions of the engine and the transmission equipment like new. None of those repairs was due to a major breakdown but were due to normal wear and tear and the need for good performance when pulling heavy loads like this truck is intended for. I did not refill the Air conditioner for the last 3 years and it is currently not functioning. I don’t expect anything other than refill and service would be needed for it. But of course, I cannot guarantee it. As all boat pullers will tell you during the boat towing you need the windows down to hear all sounds from the back and the air conditioner becomes useless. So I just did not worry about up keeping the air conditioner. The blower , the heater and mirrors in and out of the cabin are in perfect condition. The tuck starts quick and that even in the cold of winter and runs fine and smooth. The transmission is excellent with the new service and repair. The steering is solid good and brakes are firm and balanced. The front tires are very new and the rears are still good for long miles. There are no electrical issues with the trucks operation. The odometer mileage is actual as reads in the picture. I had the alarm and the automatic locks disconnected. I don’t even remember now what the reason was for this, I think I just didn’t like it to be in the way when I was working on hitching and unhitching and connecting the trailer lights and brakes and busy with all that. I am not sure how much it would cost to get those reconnected. I wouldn’t anyway. FUEL ECONOMY: It does very remarkably well considering it is huge and pulls enormous weight. With full load I clocked always 13 miles per gallon of diesel. On empty travel this seems to change unpredictably. I never had any better than 15 miles per gallon.. INTERIOR: The door push lock buttons - the pull pins are there and working but the easy hold knobs are missing on the rear doors. I am planning the replace those before delivery. Otherwise I think the usual stains and old age show is the only thing in the interior. It is spacey and very functional for comfortable trips. CREATURE FEATURES: The radio is a new Kenwood and with is provided with a remote control ( seen placed on the front floor in the pictures ) and an iPod connection . the speakers are remarkable in quality and loudness, well toned and balanced high quality for music needs and very functional for my Country Music taste. I believe every thing is working except the air conditioner and the said automatic door lock system. Electric windows are in the front only. The towing package is in full working condition and the connecters and the adapters for lights and brakes are present in the glove compartment. EXTERIOR: This is the only sad part of the truck for the ones who has a tender eye for exterior perfection.. I have this troublesome sensitivity only for women,- which is bad enough- but not for vehicles. That is why I wonder if I am unintentionally understating the damages and rust or other looks problems on the exterior. So please look at the pictures carefully and contact me on email if needed, and please be very sure you don’t mind those imperfections before you purchase. The vehicle is here available for viewing at least exteriorly anytime if so desired ; the location address will be available. The pictures should be very good for the evaluation. They are high resolution. There are some rust marks on the driver door bottom. Both rear fiberglass fenders have cracks. None of the damages, rust or other things are interfering with the functionality of the truck. But I know some people are very much in need of intact exterior. This truck is not new. EARLY SALE POSSIBILITY: This truck is also locally placed for sale and so it “can be paid and sold any moment” and the eBay ad then would be automatically void. If such thing happens I will try as soon as I can take the sale ad off the eBay , but an interim showing on the eBay page although item sold may occur. The only exception to this is the “BUY IT NOW “ option. If you buy using this method your purchase is safe as soon as you send in via PayPal the $ 500.00 as requested in the agreement. Any one who saw the truck on eBay must buy by the eBay rules and ways. I do not bypass eBay. Attention: I tried to describe the vehicle in question as good as I can in my layman’s capacity.
