Vehicle Detail

1967 Chevy Camaro RS/SS 396 4 Speed. Double Package Option. Original 396 325 HP. Engine Code T0419MW. Cowl Tag 6712437. Body NOR121195. Trim 760Z (black interior). Paint Y-2 (Butternut Yellow). Accessorys W2LG, 3L, 4N. UNRESTORED. The first owner was a girl who got the car for a graduation gift from her father. The second owner changed the color to Mountain Green. I am the third owner. I bought it ten years ago, drove it home and it's been in storage since. It will need fresh gas and the likes from sitting. It ran perfect when parked. The car can be enjoyed as is but should be restored. The car is 95% rust free but will need some minor metal patches on the back of the quarters and on spot on the hood. There may be some bondo in the car but I'm not sure. The original interior drivers door panel is frayed at the bottom and the rear seat has sun rot on the top by the package tray. The headliner is not tore but is coming apart at the seams. Otherwise the interior is in great shape and everything worked. The motor appears to be all original except it has a Holley carb. I was told the air cleaner was a free air black on the 67 big blocks but I'm not 100 percent on that. The car is equipped with front power disc brackes. 12 bolt rear with mono leaf. Console and gauge package. Walnut steering wheel and AM radio. The antenna mast is missing. Overall this is a really nice amazing straight car and it's the real thing, not a tribute car. This car wouldn't even be for sale and I hate to see it go but I started a new business and my Camaro collection has to help build the business. I have a pair of NOS fenders still in the GM box, an NOS core support and a pair of NOS GM quarters, I've kept (just in case). I'd let the high bidder have all of it for $1900 if interested. Pre-inspections are openly invited. Call me with questions. Jim (315) 576-5790.
