im selling this for someone so i will answer any questions as soon as i can,they have owned this for 20 years and was only used in the summer months and it has never seen a winter,for the last 5 years it has been in storage,there is no rust,its the originally paint,i see no dents,scratches.these people have taken care of this very very well.it has a sink,stove,fridge,cabinets,plenty of storage,the top does go up but i didnt get pictures of that but it does sleep 5.has the hook ups for LP,4 speed on floor,tires are new,uses a quart of oil every couple thousand miles,the inside is very clean,like i said these people took very good care of this,im gonna be adding more pictures but this baby is nice,it does have stickers and decals on it,has AM radio thats originally ,clear title,SOLD AS IS,PICK UP ONLY,thanks for looking.i have had so much interest in this and will be posting more pictures tomorrow of the floor boards ,underneath,etc,but i can tell you there solid and no rust,also this has not turned over in mileage , 48,121 ORIGINAL miles,not 148,121,thanks ,i added more pictures,there is a little dent where you pull door open and very little rust that i just noticed but very little,brand new battery just installed and this is stored in a climate controll building,thanks for looking,this runs very well and brakes,clutch,transmission,engine are all good,like i said this was well taken care of,as noted and pictures there was i few very minor rust spots,and a ding that i didnt notice right away,but very very minor,this gets about 20-22 MPG,Thanks for looking
