This is a 1983 Fiat Pininfarina I have owned for nine years. Originally I bought it to drive but needing paint, I decided to store it inside. I never painted it, so now I have decided to just sell the car. This car is the last model change before the Fiat Spider 2000 was discontinued by Fiat. The Fiat Pininfarina was imported 1983-1985 with upgraded dash incorporating power windows, leather, power trunk, and air conditioning on some, including this model for sale. I have owned 4 of these cars and I am intimately familiar with them. The right side of the body looks good and needs no paint. The left side appears to be original paint and very faded, some areas down to the primer. All body parts are in good to excellent condition, like the side markers, tail lamps, etc. The car needs emblems on the trunk and the hood. There is some rust as shown on the pictures on the right and left rear fender areas near the wheel wells. I have a number of parts for this car including brand new tail lamp assemblies ($300 new on eBay), new air filter, new speedometer with the 140MPH setting. The engine runs nice, but clearly not with the power of a new one. Transmission and clutch are very good. The pictures show some rot on the left side of the top...this is the original top and it needs to be replaced. I also have a complete set of extra Pininfarina wheels. Basically, new paint, new top, and new tires (good tread, but tires are 10 years old) will make this car very nice to be seen in. Please see the slide show below for more pictures.
