Palm Beach Auto Group is proud to present this 2006 Toyota Solara SLE Convertible This drop-top Toyota is in very good condition , and it runs and drives great. This Solara has a CLEAN Carfax report, showing no accident history or any other problems, and just one previous owner, always registered in Florida. It also shows 19 service records, right up until last month - this car has been very well maintained throughout its life. It's powered by a very smooth running 3.3 liter V6 mated to an automatic transmission. Power is rated at 225 hp and 240 lb-ft of torque, and economy is window sticker rated at 20/29mpg. There were very few options available for SLE model - it came from the factory pretty much fully loaded, with a window sticker of over $30k when new. Original equipment includes power windows, locks and mirrors, remote entry, a power top, heated front seats, leather seats, a JBL AM/FM/CD Changer audio system with steering wheel controls, adjustable wheel, cruise control, cold auto air conditioning, trip computer/driver info center, clock and outside temp display and more. Outside, there are alloy wheels, fog lamps and a rear lip spoiler. As far as condition, its very nice all the way around, especially so for a 2006 model. The paint shines all around, and there are no notable dents or dings. There are some bug marks on the front bumper and a few tiny stone chips on the hood - very typical for black cars, and we feel this one is better than most 2006's - please see the pictures. The interior is very, very nice with no holes or tears in the leather seats . The carpets and door panels are also very nice. There are some hairline cracks in the dash - this is a Toyota / Lexus issue that we see often in Solaras, Highlanders, GX470s and other Toyota vehicles. It is a design flaw, it is not damage. The lines are very thin, so it doesn't look bad - again, please see the pictures. Please note that our vehicles are usually driven, so mileage may be higher by the time the auction is over. Full payment of the balance owed is due within 3 days of the close of this auction. This includes all additional fees and taxes. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle can proceed.
Payment Methods
We will accept: Cash (in person), Money Order, Cashier's Check, Certified Check, 3rd Party Financing, Credit Card. All payments must be made in US Dollars. Do not bid if you are not ready to have the funds available.
Additional Fees and Taxes
The buyer is responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered.
Shipping
The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. If the vehicle is going to be shipped, full payment must be received before the vehicle leaves our dealership.
Errors and Omissions / Inspection / Mileage
Every effort has been made to accurately and fairly describe this vehicle to you. We have tried to disclose all information known about this vehicle for auction. Please be advised that used vehicles will have typical scratches and dings inherent for their year and mechanical parts are subject to fail. We welcome and recommend a buyer's inspection. If you plan to have a buyers inspection, please make sure you inspect the vehicle prior to the auction ending. Buyer is responsible for any inspection charges and fees.
Please note that the mileage noted in the lsiting is the mileage at the time the photos were taken. Most of our vehicles are driven, so mileage will be higher by the time the vehicle is delivered.
Warranty
This vehicle is being sold 'as is' unless otherwise stated in the description. We make no representations or warranties, nor should any be relied upon by the bidder. Some vehicles still remain under factory warranty, please do your homework prior to bidding.
Auction Cancellation:
We reserve the right to cancel all bids and end an auction early should the vehicle no longer be available for sale.
Bid Retractions
Bid retractions are not allowed nor will be recognized. Seller will not be obligated to sell in the event of a late retraction.
Negative Feedback Bidders
We do not allow bidding from negative feedback bidders. New bidders with zero feedback rating should email us or call us prior to bidding.
Successful Bidder
The winning bidder will be contacted via email after the auction closes or he/she must contact us within 24 hours to proceed with payment and delivery arrangements.
Non-Paying Bidder
If the deposit is not received within 12 hours of the close of auction or if the balance is not paid in full within 3 days following the close of auction, we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle or sell the vehicle to the next highest bidder or another qualified buyer.
Additonal Notes
These vehicles remain for sale locally and will often sell within hours of being listed.
Fee and Tax Information: All Florida residents are responsible for paying Florida sales tax.
