1966 Impala Convertible, Super Sport Clone. The car is Lemans blue with a white top and black interior. It was originally a 327/Powerglide that has been transformed into a 427/4-speed Super Sport. The big block (1970 LS7 454) is a high performance passenger block with a forged steel crankshaft, large oval port cylinder heads (LS6), Edelbrock high rise aluminum intake with Holly 600 CFM carburetor. Engine has been completely rebuilt (all new parts) and balanced. NEW Muncie M-22, not rebuilt (Rock Crusher) with Super Case and Super Side Cover (extra heavy duty) 4-speed transmission with Hurst Completion Plus shifter gate and linkages and a Muncie shifter handle (for precise shifting and yet an authentic look) with a 12-Bolt differential. The car is a factory power brake and power steering car (4-wheel drum brakes). The paint and power top (double textured top [extra heavy duty] with a glass back window) are less than three years old. It has new BFG Radial T/A tires on 15”x8” Corvette Rally wheels. Car has been garage kept entire time since restoration. The car does NOT have a stereo at this point; otherwise it is a complete restoration. I have receipts for everything on and in the car as well as a lot of spare parts that are included. This is a very nice driver. I have a certified appraisal for $31,400 and I have well over $20K invested not including all my time. This is truly a steal at the asking price.
