Father passed away now it is time to downsize and move my mother. Item is in Vandalia, OH. No warranties expressed or implied and items are sold as is. Items are described in as much detail and as accurately as I know, which in some cases is not much. It is up to the buyer to pick or arrange for all shipping.My father purchased this from Wolohan Lumber Co. I have a title where they signed it over to him in Aug 1990. Engine size unknown. He drove it to where it sits now and I do not think he ever moved it after that. I also can not find where he had the title transferred to him. I do not think it is impossible to get the title converted to my mother and then to the seller...just something I would have to check in to. I do have keys to it. Sold as is!Buyer will have to move or arrange movement from it current location and current state. Does not have any tires on it now, but there may be some laying around that will work on it to get it moved.
