The vehicle was recently found in a private collection in the Northera Illinois area and had been sitting unloved for many years. This car is a mostly original and untouched gem from the south west. The vehicle features its original 230 ci in-line 6 engine and 3-speed manual transmission. The car runs and drives great. It has had several new parts installed to get it up and running including a new radiator and hoses, new battery, fan belt, plugs and wires, cap and rotor, water and fuel pumps, sending unit and fuel filter, and the original fuel tank has been gone through and re-sealed. The seller recently installed the new Coker tires and chrome-reverse steel rims, a cost of approx. $1500.00. The original radiator along with a set of original bumpers and a new water pump go with the car. The paint, which has been redone at some point in the past is in excellent condition. It has been buffed out and has a beautiful mirror sheen. The car is rust free with no evidence of previous body damage. The interior is in great condition for its originality with the seat having being recovered. Samples of the original material are provided with the car. The original rubber floor mats, dash paint, dash chrome are all in very good condition.
