Vehicle Detail
This is a one owner vehicle, and my wife’s former work car. It has also seen quite a few road trips, I would say that about 20% or more of the mileage is highway miles (great on gas). We have had regular oil changes done at about 3000 miles normally, not the manufacturers recommended 7000 miles. I consider this car to be clean by Edmunds definition, it is above average but not outstanding. Edmunds has the private party value at $6,255, but I am hoping for a quick sale at $5,500. There are a few minor scratches and dents that I tried to capture in the pictures. Also the interior has a few scratches on the dash board. We bought the car new in late 2007, and haven’t driven it much in 2013, but the car is still 6 years old and I would want the buyer to have realistic expectations as to the normal wear and tear for a car with 79,000 miles on it. It was also in a few minor accidents over the years. I suggest a car fax and for the potential buyer to take a look at the car in person. I think the car could easily go another 79,000 miles. Extras include AC, automatic transmission, rear wiper and defogger (must have for winter), CD player, and the auxiliary MP3 audio input (works well as a speaker for the cell phone also). There is belt that squeals when it is first started. We took it to a mechanic and he tighted the belt and it stopped squealing, but recently it started squealing again, but only when we first start it. Also one of rims is a little bent from a pot hole, i tried to get a picture of it below. I believe the listing prices accounts those minor issues. I prefer a bank check (from chase is ideal), cash is also doable.
