Up for sale is my recently finished 1952 Chevy dump truck. This is a real nice truck that has had a lot of restoration done to it. The truck has the original straight six thriftmaster engine with a four speed manual with a granny low gear. Engine and tranny both run fine. The tranny has a PTO which drives the dump body. The dump body goes up and down just fine. The engine does have a crack in the water jacket that some farmer fixed with JB weld. It works fine, but it does leak a little bit of coolant.Also included is a complete second engine and tranny with a perfect block.. I was going to do a complete rebuild on both of these but have not had the time to get around to it but I will include them in the deal. The body on the truck is in no way perfect. I would classify it as more of a retro rat style. Just enough imperfections to have character. This is not a yuppie show truck. We repainted the body in Hot Rod Flatz paint in dark blue. It has a real nice satin look to it. Makes it look old but clean. The dump body was also repainted in black. The entire frame and undercarriage has been coated with truck bed coating.. The interior is real nice. We updated a lot of the trim pieces including a new headliner, window handles and door handles etc. New carpet. It also has a set of sick Chrysler Crossfire two toner leather seats in it. Ultra comfortable, You really need to see this to appreciate it. Will help with shipping arrangements but the cost is up to the buyer.
