Up for auction is this beautiful 1973 Tin-Top Westy, completely rust free, with new two-tone orange/white paint. All new German door and window seals, new windshield and wiper arms and blades. Brakes are all new from master cylinder to the wheels: rotors, drums, pads, shoes, lines, spring sets, etc. Shocks are new as well. Tires are new Pirelli ( including spare). Engine is a 1600 dual-port type 1 with fiberglass transition to type 4 compartment. Clutch, pressure plate and t/o bearing are new German parts. New axles and cv boots, not EMPI product. Electrical has all been re-done and is correct, the horn actually works as well. New wiper switch and relays. Gas level sensor is new and correct. Exterior side lights and reflectors are new. Interior is original and in good condition for it a forty year old camper. New laminate flooring with insulated under-layment. new water faucet. ice box has all the shelfs and ice rack. Includes hard to find stool and childs cot up front and rear mosquito net. Curtains are new as well. Bus comes with new orange side awning and new Faima bike carrier as shown, made for type 2 buses only. Bus is located in Paris, France and is currently registered in Nevada. The vehicle is in France with a 'vacation' operating permit which expires in November. Vehicle can be registered in France as a collector car under FFVE regulations, requiring only a 'control technique' certificate.
