Up for auction today is a one owner 2003 Ford Expedition 4x4. The truck runs and drives down the road well. It shows pretty well. It does have some dents, dings, scratches and very minor rust starting to pop up. It looks beautiful from 10ft away. Truck is ready to be driven by it's new owner. It is at the shop getting the AC charged and a basic service. The tires are in fair shape all have a fair amount of tread remaining. This is a sharp truck that has a lot of life left in it. It is equipped with a trailer hitch (unused). This vehicle was bought brand new by a local town and began it's life as the "school resource officers" vehicle, it then became the head of the service department's vehicle. It still has the spot light and the siren control (disabled) inside the cab. The only issues I noted with this vehicle (which I hope to resolve before the auction is up) are that the "door ajar" light stays lit on the dash although the door closes, also the air bag light stays on. I believe the air bag light is caused by a frayed wire under the drivers seat. Neither of these issues take away from the drive-ability of the vehicle but I did want to note them. The airbag light is NOT on because of an accident or anything of the sorts.
