Up for auction is a 1972 F-250 Ranger XLT Camper Special. This truck was from the southwest and is rustfree. The odometer reads 45000 and change but had a broken speedo cable for a time and is believed to have just over 50000. It has a 390 2v engine with a C6 trans, PS, dual exhaust, and add on a/c that blows cold. All brakes were just done. It runs and drives great with no issues. I have over $13000 invested. It has 18 in. wheels and Continental Conti tires that have less than 2000 miles on them. The white paint is original and in good condition and the green portions were repainted last year by The Hot Rod Barn here in Morris and is very nice. The repaint was $3600 alone. It has many new parts too numerous to mention and thats why it looks and runs so good. It would be difficult to find a truck of this era thats this nice.
