The winner of this auction must submit a deposit, in the amount of $1,000.00, within 24 hours of the auction close. The balance due is required within four business days. Acceptable forms of payment are: money order, certified check, bank wire, third party bank financing or by using our financial services. Rates and financing term are available at your request. If the deposit or final balance is not paid in the required time frame, we reserve the right to cancel the sale.
Pennsylvania residents are required to pay Pennsylvania State Sales Tax and DMV fees at the time of delivery. Non-PA residents are responsible for paying their State Sales Tax at time of registration in their State. For a non-PA resident who is financing the vehicle, either through our dealership or through your own financial institution, unless otherwise directed in writing by the financial institution, we are required to collect, and remit, Sales Tax to the State in which you reside at the percentage rate imposed by your state. Additionally, for non-PA residents who are financing the vehicle, we are required to collect the necessary fees for, and complete for you, titling and registration in your State. We charge a $131 documentary fee to cover substantial administrative and paperwork costs. While the documentary fee is capped by Pennsylvania statute, it is not a State imposed fee.
