Vehicle Detail
You are bidding on a nice original, one owner Honda K2 CB 750. 27K Miles. Beautiful glossy original Flake Sunrise Orange Candy Paint. No fading and No touch-ups. Build date of 12/71. Sold in 1972. I have the clean original 1972 Title, Owners Manual, 2 Keys and Tool Kit. Still titled in the original buyers name. Original owner took exceptional care of this fine bike and was very picky in how this bike was maintained and stored. He always stored it in his heated garage. He drove it mostly back and forth to a Buick Dealership where he worked. All original except for the flared pipes which he had installed in the 1980's. He parked the bike in 1997 and properly drained the fuel and brake fluid before storing. I recently had a Honda Service Technician go through the entire bike and to change and add fluids. New jell battery installed. This bike starts right up, idles smooth, no smoke, no leaks. Shifts through all the gears fine. Runs strong with no hesitation and lots of unbridled power! Brakes work great as well. Mufflers are solid with no rust or holes. No discoloration on the header pipes. All the lights work and the blinkers still "beep" when operated! Chrome is awesome with no rust anywhere. Tank is clean inside. Older style tires have lots of tread left and have no cracking. Beautiful bike for the serious collector. It's unmolested and amazing original condition. Very tight. Frame Serial number CB750-2012185. Engine Serial Number CB750E-2019981. Youtube Video Start-up. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VLggTUp08fY A few flaws- It's an original 1972 Honda so there has to be a few! One or two very slight dents on the sides of the tank (hardly notice). The neutral instrument light no longer lights up when bike is in neutral (probably just needs a new bulb). Small tear on backside of one fork boot. Seat has a small tear on one side and a small tear on the back. Left side cover has a 2" hairline crack. Bike is located 20 miles west of St Louis in St Charles, Missouri. Payment- $500 Deposit via Paypal. Will accept personal check or Bank check for the balance. Bike stays until check clears. Full payment due within 7 days of auction ending. I will hold this bike as long as you want. It's safely stored. You are responsible for all shipping arrangements. I will assist in the pick up. You can contact www.uship.com for a shipping quote.
