Here it is, freshly finished. This truck is breath taking. She turns heads wherever she goes. Just imagine pulling into a parking space lowering the truck by releasing all the air from the huge air bags, just to make it easier to exit the truck. Then with a push of the key fob the truck raises back up and arms itself. This truck was built as a tow vehicle for small trailers for our custom choppers. Modifications: Kelderman Adjustable Airride Lift. Top of the line lift that replaces all leaf springs for air bag lift that adjusts from about 6” of lift to 20” topped out. The lift was professionally installed with modifications. The front shock mounts have mounting tubes for shock reservoirs. The front axle was cleaned of all stock unused mounting brackets. The entire frame was sanded and painted matched to truck. Both axles were sanded and paint matched to truck. All lift parts were painted matched to truck. Crossover steering with powder coated chrome-moly steering arm fabricated. Powder coated chrome-moly cross member bar installed. Powder coated chrome-moly sway bar links. Transfer case clocked lower for correct front drive-line angle. Solid drive shaft fabricated for correct rear drive-line angle. Coiled air lines installed for differential breathers due to adjustable lift. Polished differential covers installed with synthetic fluid. Custom radius mud flaps mounted to differential (Removable). Custom valved nitrogen charged Bilstein 7150 series shocks with stainless braided reservoir lines install. Airride controls: Accuair e-Level system: It uses a small onboard computer that reads four sensors mounted at each corner of the suspension that determines the height of the truck. You still have manual control over your bags, but the system gives you the ability to save any three of your favorite heights and re-obtain them at the touch of a button. Next to each of the three height buttons is an indicator to let you know which of your saved heights the vehicle is currently at. The benefit for those of you that wish to avoid excessive tire wear and poor handling is the fact that you can now have the vehicle aligned at one of the positions and repeatedly obtain that ride-height for the life of the vehicle. Having preset heights is especially useful when approaching an obstacle like a speed bump, when a higher stance can be obtained by hitting only one button. An "all-down" function airs the vehicle down at the touch of a button for parking lots. The system has a "lift on start" feature that can be disabled if it is not preferred. It allows you to tee into the starter solenoid wire with any of the three position wires so that when the vehicle is started it automatically obtains the position it was wired into. The key to our system is the fact that it bases measurements on height, not air pressure. If you load the vehicle with passengers or groceries, the system automatically compensates. The computer is mounted on a custom diamond plate underneath the rear of the truck. 1/0 wire was used to the rear of the truck then spliced to 8 gauge to each compressor. Also included the alarm key fob remote triggers all down and ride height positions from a distance. Stainless steel air hose covers at all 4 corners. Triple compressors with dual 5-gallon tanks make for a system that fills fast. Normal use you will never be waiting on air. Compressors and tanks are mounted in a custom tube cradle that is plated in diamond plate where the spare tire mounts. See pictures. Wheels & Tires: 40x14.5x22 Interco Tires SS-M16 with 4,000 miles on them. These tires are the best handling, best riding 40” tires on the market. 22x11 MHT wheels custom powder coated then chrome hardware installed. No one else has these wheels done this way. **Some pictures are with the old Toyo tires** Performance: Ford Powerstroke 6.0 Diesel LOW 82K miles with Torqshift 5 speed Auto. All performance parts put on at around 50K. Edge Juice Platinum with pillar pod. Edge includes important gauges and protects engine from excessive egt’s and over boost. Also installed is triple gauge pod under pocket on dash. Holds Auto Meter Ultra Lite gauges: PSI (air tanks), Volts, second egt probe aft turbo. Highflow air filter with modification to front valance to add more direct airflow. 4” turbo-back exhaust with 6”x 18” tip jet-hotted black. This exhaust includes a 4” down pipe, high-flow catalytic converter, high-flow muffler installed in reverse to increase flow. The exhaust sounds great, but is not excessively loud in the cab. Truck is very fast and gets great gas mileage. The stock 3.73 gears were kept to keep good gas mileage and towing power is great. Truck gets best gas mileage at 100 HP setting (11-14MPG around town depending on how heavy your foot is, 16-18MPG freeway depending on incline. Truck pulls a trailer great at any setting on the Edge and combined with the transmission setting the truck will pull a house. Truck uses synthetic oils and has been serviced regularly. Audio: Eclipse DVD Navigation 7” screen on dash w/ i-pod cord in center console, hands-free installed, sub controller in center console and night vision rear camera mounted on rear differential, front night vision dual sided camera mounted on front bumper. Along with rear sensors makes for easy parking. Dual rear screens installed in seats. Dual 10” MTX sub woofers installed behind rear seat. Memphis Audio front speakers with separate tweeter for front doors. 1000 Watt amp for subs and 400 Watt amp for front speakers. Stereo sounds amazing listening to whatever type you like. Interior: Stock black leather captain chairs in the front. Bench black leather rear seat. All leather in excellent condition. All upgrades for the gauges, Edge pod, T.V.’s and stereo have been mentioned. All else stock. Exterior: 2007 Front end: Front F-450 painted bumper, grill, headlights, and custom fog lights converted from 2007 Harley Davidson Edition F-250. Factory Black on Dark Shadow Gray paint in excellent condition. Factory painted door handles and fender flairs. Custom hand painted pin stripping replacing the factory sticker around the truck (the silver and orange stripes). Billet fuel door. Custom powder coated tube bar to hide pinch weld and steps. All other paint and body parts stock. Misc: Amp Research electric steps modified 2” lower. Pace black powdercoated metal locking retractable bed cover. Spray in bedliner. Rear reverse lights installed under rear bumper for better visability. Clifford remote start alarm system that controls airride. Dual Yellow Top Optima batteries. Custom Fog Lights built into front bumper. Superlift Truespeed to calibrate for tire size. Set off GPS. Very accurate. Custom made floating mud flaps that mount to axle. Very sturdy and very expensive to build. Cost to build this truck is outrageous. Bottom line this truck runs as good as it looks and it looks awesome. You will not find a better made truck that is still fun to drive everyday. Ease of getting in this truck at the lowest setting is not much different than any other truck.
