For local sale, to submit offers, or request additional information please contact me at Wolfnard71(at symbol)sbcglobal(dot)net This item is a drivers quality numbers matching 1990 Chevrolet 454SS pickup truck with a the following factory equipment: burgundy interior, original 454 CID EFI (Electronic Fuel Injection) big block Chevrolet engine, TH400 3-speed automatic transmission, 14 bolt Chevrolet posi-traction rear end with 3.73:1 gear ratio, ABS Power brakes (front disk/rear drums), Power steering, Power windows, Power Locks, under hood light, Reel out under hood service lamp, Tilt Column, Bucket seats with center console, sliding rear window, and AM/FM Stereo Cassette with in dash equalizer. The following equipment has been added: Reese hitch, Prodigy Trailer brake controller, and aftermarket bed liner. The following equipment has been upgraded: Bored out throttle body, K&N inlet air kit, Doug Thorley tri-Y long branch headers, Flowmaster mufflers, X pipe, adjustable fuel pressure regulator, high performance in tank fuel pump, Taylor wires, new Mallory ignition coil, bronze electrode cap and rotor, new battery, new belt, new alternator and new belt tensioner. Known issues: Body – No serious rust issues to speak of. The paint is fading, the clear coat is pealing thus the truck will need to be repainted. There are numerous chips and scrapes in the paint. One half dollar sized ding on the drives side rear bed and another on the tail gate. The bumper and hood have paint chips on the leading edge which are starting to rust. The door window weather strip is cracked and needs to be replaced. Wheels- The rims are factory and need a good cleaning but they are not bent or damaged. The rubber is fairly new BFG Radial TA with ~80% tread left. Interior – Drivers seat has a couple tears in it, the center console mounts have cracked off and need to be repaired, the glove box door hinge stud is cracked so the door doesn’t move properly, the carpet is dirty and needs to be deep cleaned. The head liner is falling down. Engine – The engine runs strong. The intake gaskets need to be replaced as they are leaking allowing oil to drip down the front and rear of the block. Electrical – I don’t drive the truck that often so I leave it on a battery tender else the battery bleeds down after 2-3 weeks of sitting. AC- Still blows cold and works great Radio – The radio works fine but the in dash equalizer doesn’t accept changes to the settings. Bed – It had a bed liner on it but the snow and ice destroyed it so the stick on liner support rails are still attached to the bed rails but no cover comes with it. Suspension – New upper and lower front control arm bushings and ball joints and sway bar bushings. No test drives or tire kickers. If you have Zero feedback, please ask for permission before bidding.
