Hello good people. Up for auction, as you can see by the pictures, is an extremely nice vintage HONDA CB200. This vintage motorcycle runs, rides, drives and stops flawlessly. It needs nothing and is in perfect running condition. EVERYTHING works as it should. All lights, switches, relays, and controls function perfectly. This little bike has a top speed of 70-75 mph on flat ground. It accelerates smoothly with no hesitation or roughness, it idles smoothly once warmed up, and starts effortlessly with either the electric starter motor or the kick-start. This bike is in amazing shape for its age! While it is not show-room perfect; it is in extremely nice, unrestored condition, and shows just a little 'patina' in the paintwork and some of the chrome, but overall it is outstanding! The only items that are not factory original on the bike are the tires, inner-tubes, battery, handlebars, and fuel petcock. I have the original petcock and handlebars which will go with the bike to the winning bidder. Also not shown in the pictures are the original mirrors which will be included as well. And yes, the exhaust system on the bike is original HONDA, and is in perfect condition with absolutely no rust, dings or dents. The one change I have made to the bike is I have replaced all the phillips head case bolts to allen-head bolts to make servicing easier, but I also have the originals. The carburetors were re-built by me last fall, and a full tune-up was done including valve adjustment check, timing and points were set, and new spark plugs. I also changed/replace the fork oil, and the clutch adjusted as well. Like I mentioned this motorcycle does not need anything but to be ridden and enjoyed. Lastly, instead of buying a chinese step-through scooter of similar size and displacement that will depreciate like a stone, simply buy this bike from me; ride it for a couple of years if not more and this bike will do nothing but increase in value. It is a great bike to ride in the city as it is easy to maneuver and park; it is quick in traffic, gets 70 mpg, and costs nothing to insure. A great city bike!
