We have for sale a BEAUTIFUL 1989 Conquest TSI. 2.6L Turbo engine, 5 Speed transmission. 60K+ original miles. All original car, except TD05 20G Mitsubishi Turbo (completely rebuilt with new compressor wheel and turbine wheel/shaft), aluminum Griffin radiator, and 3-inch exhaust from turbo back. NEW tires, NEW brakes, NEW plugs and wires, NEW distributor cap, NEW fuel filter. Injectors recently cleaned by Top End Performance in Hollywood, CA. This car runs and drives great! FAST car for your money. Soon-to-be hard-to-find collector car. Interior in original condition - dash is not cracked, seats have normal wear on the bollisters. Air conditioner needs charged, but complete system in place and hooked up. All gages and electrical components in good working order, including steering wheel controls. The trim around gear shifter boot is missing. Body is in good condition, NO RUST! Paint has light scratches. Windshield upper trim included, but needs installed. Car smokes upon initial start-up for a few seconds. Valve seat replacement should be expected in the future (normal for a car of this age with infrequent use). When we purchased the car from the original owner, it was stored in a garage with several boxes of ornaments on the hood. As far as we know, the car has always been garaged.
