1971 Ford F100 RAT ROD / RESTORATION potential... Truly a New Mexico Truck I bought this truck in 1996 and used it to drive back and forth between Colorado and New Mexico. Then used it as a Summer driver and to do the Flea Market in Santa Fe. It is my ART truck. I painted Saints on it and started to cover the interior head liner with devotional cards until I got a crick in my neck! Title: CLEAR Color : Yes Rust : Yes Tires: Yes I bought all 4 new tires in 2008 Sam's Club. There is NO Spare :( Power steering : NO Radio: NO Heat : Yes Air condition : NO Well there is a plug in fan... ;) Mileage: When I bought it in 96 it had been turned back with the engine rebuild and at that time it had 73,000 ++ miles now it reads 6,621 So it has turned over per the BF Engine: 302 V8 Drive: Rear wheel Transmission: 4 on the floor. Interior: Great condition Black Windshield : Cracked :( All other glass FINE Gas gauge sensor only shows a little over 1/2 tank full when the Tank IS FULL so that needs to be addressed ...... FYI I never ran out of gas Just dumb blonde luck I guess. It has a, I am not sure what size you would call it isn't 1/2 sized fiberglass shell but the rear cab window is gone and the shell has padding so access from the truck cab is there. My Yorkies would all hang out there to go for a ride. The shell does NOT fill in the bed of the truck so one still has full use to the 8 ft bed length also a tool box locking GOD knows where the key is. This truck is a SOLID running truck the guy I bought it from rebuilt the engine and put a Holley 4Barrel carburetor on it . It runs like a raped ape.. :P The BF was wanting to trade out this one to use in his hot rod BUT I SAID NO ! I am not trying to kid anyone this truck NEEDS work. BUT it is a BLAST to drive and will be a great starting point to any RAT ROD or restoration project.
