The car was owned by a company that I worked for, I purchased it, and gave it to my wife. As a fleet vehicle it was maintained every 3000 miles with fresh oil and etc. My wife had the oil changed every 3000 miles herself. The only visible rust is surface rust which there is little of and the worst of it is a small spot on the roof shown in the pictures. The car has hardly used Goodyear tires which she said were about $400. She said the engine light comes on for several days and off for several days and has not been a problem. It runs strong and does not use oil. The only problem that I know of is when the steering column is moved up and down there tends to be a dead spot in it and then the car won't start. She keeps the column in one place and it worked for her. Unless you can remove the plastic around the column and find a loose wire its best to keep it in one location to avoid the problem. There are burns on the carpet where the transmission is and on the drivers seat which did not go through the cloth. It needs little work and I believe the car can go another 100,000 miles. Anyone is welcome to come look at it at anytime. Overall the interior and exterior is in very good condition. The car does not leak oil or fluids. I ended the listing because the car was listed as a 1999 and it is a 1998. Sorry for the inconvenience.
