It's always been a dream of mine to own a Porsche 911 car, I owned this car since Aug 2011. However, we recently moved to a house that requires some additional repairs and improvements. In addition, i'm trying to clear up some space as we have 2 additional vehicles already. Really hate to see her go, but unfortunatley it's time. I put very few miles on her, around 4K since purchase just sunny weekend rides only. Never been in any harsh conditions "snow, heavy rain, hail, etc" The car is currently parked in my garage under a car cover, the mileage shown will be accurate up to the end of the auction. Here's some recent maintenance done in the last 6 months. 1. Purchased a complete ignition tune up kit "All brand new Bosch spark plugs, x2 distributor caps, x2 rotors, x2 ignition coils, new beru spark plug wires"2. Changed the fuel filter 3. A complete Oil change "Mobil 1 10/40 with Genuine Porsche German made filter"4. Replaced the hood and engine shock lifts, these were both not working correctly when I purchased the car. 5. Replaced the oxygen sensor with a brand new Bosch o-2 sensor. Since then it's been idling extra smooth with much better MPG.6. New fan belts All maintenance was done in the last 30 miles. The Good: 1. This Porsche 911 is extremely strong with a lot of life ahead, never given me any trouble or failed me. I've put a lot of money and work into maintaining her. I have all work/maintenance paper work dating back to the original owner "see in the pictures below"2. No dashboard cracks3. It shifts through all gears smoothly with no problems4. It starts right up in any climate on first turn of the key5. The convertible top is in excellent condition and rolls up/down6. I'm on the third owner of the vehicle and have the clear title in hand7. Texas inspection and registration are up to date "registration good until 12/2013 inspection until 2/2014" The Bad: 1. When I was moving from my previous residence, I was loading the vehicle up on a trailer. Unfortunately there's a dent near the drivers side door "see pictures" this car was not involved in an accident or hit and run ever.2. Pretty standard but Cruise Control doesn't work, never had a chance to fix it. I purchased it this way from the last owner.3. A/C works but needs freon "R-134" 4. Clutch pedal is sticky, clutch is in great condition as checked out by my local Porsche dealer. I read online that it's a common issue on 964's http://forums.pelicanparts.com/porsche-964-993-technical-forum/70938-964-sticky-clutch-pedal.html5. The rear bumper paint is a bit faded, I purchased the vehicle this way in 2011. Again never got around to having this touched up. "see in picture below" The car has been treated with respect since under ownership with me, adult driven only. It looks and feels amazing behind the wheel, you will love this car I guarantee it.
