My father-in-law (just passed away) purchased this PC800 w/electric starter from Capitol Cycle Co. Macon, Ga 3/12/1991 with mileage of 47,506. The cover is in poor condition (see pictures) as he laid it over a couple of times and he repaired it himself including re-painting. He has not ridden it in a while but seems to be mechanically in good repair. It has a new seat.
