PRICE REDUCED...Taxes and mortgage force this sale of my 1931 Model A Ford. It is an all steel Coupe restored within the past two years with an XKE jaguar suspension front and rear with power disc brakes, GM Corvette style master cylinder with remote fill. Frame is boxed and powered by a rebuilt small block Chevrolet V8 (prior to 1982) with a 4 bolt main and mild cam, aluminum finned valve covers, air cleaner, and Mallory high performance coil with electronic ignition with less than 100 miles on the engine. An aluminum radiator with electric fan cools this V8 driven by a 700R4 GM rebuilt tranny with lockup converter. New tires on the front with slightly used on the back, all on XKE wire wheels, including spare tire wheel mounted in rear. Interior is sparse with specialty walnut dash and TPI electronic guages. No heat or air for this Florida car as the windshield rolls out and the widow hardware is all in working order with new handles. Headlights include imbedded turn signals and the new exterior courtesy lamps also serve as a turn signal with LED lamps in the rear and a third brake light at the base of the back window. New wood surrounds the rear quarters and rear window. Ceiling has a steel top with original wood braces on the underside to provide for upholstery (new owner to decide on interior). Rumble seat has been removed(available to new owner) to make room for an aluminum fuel tank and battery box. Speciality fuel door on left rear above fender. Paint is basecoat-clearcoat black with copper; new running boards, splash panel, and stainless steel radiator rock guard with new aluminum radiator.
