Howdy, You are bidding on a very rare beast. This waggy was restored about 12 years ago by the owner of an AC Delco Air Conditoning repair center. He kept his guys busy in the off season by having them work restoration projects. It's been a daily driver for the last couple years for my daughter. High book on this vehicle is about $13,500. We'll start with that, and then itemize what's needed to get to the price. The options for this vehicle are: Power steering and power brakes 360 CID with 2brl Dana 44 (F & R) with soft lock or clutch limited slips units installed Warn Locking Hubs Dana 20 T-case with "U" shift TH400 automatic transmission Electric rear glass and door locks Alarm system Class C hitch receiver front and rear for mounting the portable winch. Electrical is in place for both ends. Air conditioning and a big 4 core radiator to support On board air for pumping tires or whatever Dual Fuel tanks to get 40+ gallons Tires are 60-70% Battery is relatively new Conditon of the frame and body mounts leads me to believe the mileage is actually 50k not 150k. Not yet installed is a Holley Projection system with all things required to install, including two pumps and the upgrade module to automate the lean/rich function Now the bad news: Chrome is peeling on both bumpers - knock $1400 off high book Paint is bubbling in a few spots - knock $1200 off high book Wheels show oxidation staining - knock $800 off high book The flex plate recently broke, was repaired, and since then the starter doesn't always engage on first click. (cheap China flex plate? cheap starter?) I know what it takes to get in there to replace the flex plate - knock $1500 off high book Windows are stiff in colder weather, tracks are probably gummy so need to open doors and re-lube - knock $400 off high book Odometer quit about a year ago, or appx 6,000 miles. So 13,500-5,300 = $8,200 as a fair price. Knock another $2,500 off considering someone will want to ship it. yep, $5,700 would be a steal for this rig, yet I'll bet it sells for a lot less than that right here, right now. No reserve.
