What that means is that this car has some previous damage history and has been repaired. A rebuilt title vehicle in the State of Florida is inspected by the Florida Department of Motor Vehicles. The vehicle must be properly repaired and meet all the safety requirements to be issued a rebuilt title, which means that this car meets those standards and can be tagged and driving on the roadways. This particular car was involved in a flood. This car now runs and drives great but it does have an Airbag light, ABS/Brake light, and TPMS light staying on but that does not effect how nice this car drives, most likely just sensors needing replacement as we did not change any after flood. It does not have a radio as this can be seen in the pictures, it has been removed. Save thousands! The title will read "not actual mileage" as the insurance company this came from marked it that way, but the odometer does read only 18,800 miles! Exterior Description: The exterior of this car is in very good condition with minimal damage. There are some scratches on the rear bumper as well as a small blemish on the front passanger side. Interior Description: The interior is in very good condition but there is a small pry mark on the dash near the AC control unit that is shown in the pictures.
